BUDGET1 Budget 1 Budget number for the financial entity responsible for the asset. This number must be correct for IPS to accept the value. If it is not. the other asset information will by synced and this number will not be carried over.BUDGETPORTION1 Budget Portion 1 Portion that budget 1 that is responsible. If Budget 1 is solely responsible than it would be 100 to represent 100%. If there are multiple than the numbers need to add up to 100.BUDGET2 Budget 2 Budget number for the financial entity responsible for the asset. This number must be correct for IPS to accept the value. This field is calculated from a SQL trigger automatically, if the asset is moved it will be recalculated during a scheduled procedure.YCOORD Y Coordinate the Latitudinal value for the asset in Coordinate System: NAD_1983_HARN_StatePlane_Florida_East_FIPS_0901_Feet.This field is calculated from a SQL trigger automatically, if the asset is moved it will be recalculated during a scheduled procedure.USNG USNG Field indicates the grid the value is located in.
